Q: How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product. Stock items can usually be delivered within 3–5 working days, while made-to-order sofas may take 8–10 days. You’ll be given an estimated delivery date. 

Q: Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver throughout mainland UK. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or islands, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Q: Will you take my old sofa away?
Yes, we offer an optional sofa removal and recycling service at checkout for an additional fee.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal.

Q: Do you offer interest-free finance?
Not at the moment.

Q: Are your sofas guaranteed?
All our sofas come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee on frames and cushions. Some ranges include extended warranties.

Q: Can I see fabric samples before buying?
Yes, you can request free fabric swatches on our website to help you choose the perfect colour and material.

Q: Are the sofa covers removable and washable?
This depends on the model. Check the product description or contact our customer care team for details.

Q: How will my sofa be delivered?
Our delivery team will bring your sofa to your room of choice, assemble it, and remove all packaging.

Q: What if my sofa doesn’t fit through the door?
We advise checking dimensions carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, our team can provide guidance. In some cases, we offer modular sofas that can be assembled inside your home.

Q: Can I return my sofa if I don’t like it?
Yes, if your sofa is a stock item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Made-to-order sofas are exempt from cancellation unless faulty.

Q: What if my sofa arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: How do I care for my sofa?
We recommend vacuuming fabric sofas weekly, using a damp cloth for spills, and avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading. Leather sofas should be treated with leather conditioner every 6–12 months.
