At MAISANSOM Ltd, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply.

All customers are entitled to a standard fourteen-day return period beginning from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the sofa or bed must be unused, free from damage, and in its original condition. Customers are required to inspect their product at the time of delivery. If the item is found to be damaged during transport or if there is a manufacturing defect, this must be reported immediately before signing the delivery acceptance form.

If a product is faulty or defective, we will arrange for free collection and either a full refund or store credit will be offered, depending on the customer’s preference. Customers have seven days from the date of delivery to report any defects. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the customer decides to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect, such as a change of mind, a collection charge will apply. This fee is calculated based on the customer’s postcode.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or customised specifically for the customer.

Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent return process while ensuring all customers receive quality products and reliable service.
