These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from MAISANSOM Ltd through our online store. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

MAISANSOM Ltd is registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ, and can be contacted via email at support@maisonsam.co.uk. We specialise in sofas, beds, and home décor, selling primarily within the United Kingdom, though we may expand to other regions in the future.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary. Standard delivery is free of charge across the UK, subject to postcode restrictions, and takes approximately three working days. Customers are required to inspect their goods at the time of delivery. Any damage caused during transportation or any manufacturing defect must be reported immediately, before signing the delivery acceptance.

Payment for products can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Klarna will be added as a payment option after twelve months of trading. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared in full.

All new products are covered by a standard one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

MAISANSOM Ltd reserves the right to verify customer details and to refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Any attempt to misuse our services or provide false information will result in the cancellation of an order.
